Neil helped me 1 1/2yrs ago when I had major delema. My 2021 Toyota Corolla SE Nightshade that I had lease on had major damage from rats getting into engine compartment. Water resivior had big holes,several pieces of wiring harness were gone and I took it to Simi Valley Toyota (my leaser who helped me finance a wonderful car). One of the service guys we will leave name out gave me a quote of just over $9000.00. I was very devastated especially just lost my wonderful job. Now I know plenty about cars there engines and rest but, I think this service guy took me for a stupid woman. So I towed it back to my house covered it and figure that was it till lease is up. When I purchase another vehicle he will be my only service guy
